Register and pay university urgently so i can get a job (i can pay back)

I lost my job because of the pandemic and i applied for a job and got accepted but i dont have my visa and thats the only thing stoping me from having a job now .
If i want to get the job i need to do my visa which requires me to register in university which will cost me 2000 dollers . I can pay back in installments when i get the job
