Since 2003, the DealFlow team has been providing independent research and analytics tools to finance professionals with a view towards making capital markets more efficient.

We’ve been the publisher of popular newsletters such as The PIPEs Report, The Reverse Merger Report, The SPAC Report, The DealFlow Report, The Distressed Debt Report, and The Life Settlements Report. We also operated the leading source for data and analysis of private placement investments in public companies, PrivateRaise.

In addition to publishing research and investment databases, we have a long history of hosting financial conferences and web-based seminars under the DealFlow Events brand. We’re proud that we’ve been an influencer and connector of professionals through 200+ forums that have attracted over 20,000 attendees.
